    I think that Timbercorp may be the one being looked at as a takeover target. Its PE is higher than that of GTP and Futuris has a joint venture and plenty of cash post Incitec sale.

    Futuris has stated that farmers are marketing more themselves and that they, Futuris, need some different things to do.
