re: remember when gtp was $4.90
I can remember well the day gtp hit $4.90 .. I did think the price was a little crazy at the time , however I believe that gtp will be there again , not unlike the performance of gns.( from $2 to $9 odd in a falling market).
Recent foresters report has been issued to the growers and growth has been outstanding in a rather "dry" enviroment , results are second to none.
First yeilds from plantations is 2004 ..looking at a potentially outstanding yeild 2005.Basically every peice of potential woodchip is sold.
I was just working my personal returns on gtp ...and even though I took part in the rights issue at $3.25 ,Im well in front .My position with regard this stock was always to be long term ,I have been a shareholder since the IPO , and have topped this up from time to time.
The potential here is huge, however i can appreciate that not all are in the position to take a long term veiw . I look forward to the final dividend , this should be 4/5 cents f/franked .
