I'm with you and have a near term PT of 9c but make no mistake if U308 spot hits $150/lb and there is supply disruptions the US will secure any and all of its current and future national supply chains as they are the world biggest consumer.
If these two factors occur 20c will definitely be on the cards even as an explorer.
Just look at the broker data from last week. Pro buying -Retail selling....
