Great question.
1) They can potentially sell ore to Energy fuels or another player that needs it, almost like a subcontractor; or
2) Sell on the spot market if they can get mill capacity.
People get wild imaginations when there is money to be made so whether its true or not doesn't matter.
If people believe it they will price it in like DB said.
That makes a market
