If the CR was just soph investors the SP would definitely be North of where it is now. I am very happy with their announcement but I can totally understand why it didn’t appreciate today due to the Retail CR. With that being said, I honestly don’t think management expect the SP to hang around the issue price. Hopefully they have something of value to share soon. The fundamentals are definitely going to attract new holders and they have no other option than to pay retail. We will see that over the next few weeks. This was make the SPP more attractive to eligible holders.
