They will need to pump it above 3c so anyone that sells can buy back at 3c but the company then get the funds. Seems a lot of deck shuffling. I agree, a free attached option for every 2 or 3 shares with a strike even at 10c would have a) seen a better up take b) meant more funds coming in down the track with out a further cap raise.
