The CR is a pittance, wouldn’t you expect the SP to move on. Is it being purposefully kept down? If you go glass half full, it is because the spring is being tightly coiled, if you are glass half empty, it is because people are trying to get out. Hmmmmm I like the spring option. That being said management have definitely not done. Retail any favours.
