Or they originally got in at sub 1c.. and are thinking might as well take 3c now.. might still go back to 2.6-2.9c in next few days.
Or they are thinking, this will sit at 3c for another week, so sell at 3c put money somewhere else for hopefully a weekly gain, then buy back in at 3 next Monday
