My guess is they see the share price rocketing on news and have sold their options to position themselves for a profit - it makes no sense to sell at current levels when a rise is expected.
Im expecting this to go into TH fairly quickly on open today and rocket on news - it would be stupid not to capitalise on the higher SP and reinvest at a lower price whilst they wait for more news down the track.
