I hear what you're saying about advertising stop/losses. However, in my experience if any reasonable high end trader wants to hunt for stop/losses they usually know where to look. After all it's their job to know where stop/losses are likely to be.
I think the greatest tool for any high end trader is to pump the hell out of a stock when it's losing momentum so they can get out at the highest possible price. It happens all the time.
Just my thoughts anyway. I'll say i could be wrong if the second part offends any day traders. I day trade from time to time myself too.
