    It has more shares on issue... however plp has only 1 sub holder and GBX has 4-5... another positive is... the man running the show is holding 105m shares which is substantial....

    So free float here is similar which is close to 500m... and almost 160-170m traded in last few sessions and its holding itself like nothing has happened... If it does not fall next few days, one would presume it might start moving....
