With a takeover offer on the table for GTY at $2.30 (a 20% premium to their pre takeover SP) then this should value INA around $3.20. GTY management has been less than average in recent times and given INA's solid management who have consistently met or exceeded sales targets plus their diversification into tourism as well makes a SP of $3.50 reasonable if compared to GTY.
