Something HC people on both threads (JRV & INL) have not considered is that the 'Jinchuan Group' could be the wild card in the current negotiations. To answer your question in part the ‘Jinchuan Group’ from all reports were excited by the Intec process.
The INL strategy is to develop it’s own assets using it’s patented technology rather then selling its process on the cheap to gain royalties. Through this they will form strategic partnerships (eg JRV). INL has also received international expressions of interest for their technology, what I call the ‘bigger picture’
It’s an exciting time to be involved in either company.
