Optimist .. it's a good thing to be objective and realistic when it comes to investments but don't underestimate Duncan Purcell's acumen. He has a lot riding on this personally. He has never ramped JRV as some would when sitting on such a huge inground resource. He has just gone about the business of trying to bring it to a viable state on a shoestring budget. Maybe a bit of hype may have hurried things along .... who knows?? I suspect there may be more to this MOU than we think.

The release said "the Board views this as a significant initiative" ..... that's the equivalent of a song and dance routine from the understated Duncan ....
Time will tell.
