I have no idea what the next announcement will be but I can guarantee based on published announcements, news releases and twitter from BRN, Socionext US, Japan and Europe that once tested and working both Socionext and BrainChip will announce that the SynQuacer and AKIDA1000 platform is available for sale through Socionext.
