It sounds like Guardian iSmart provides automated rules for TradeStation and targets the S&P500, S&PMidCap400, DowJones, Russell2000 & NASDAQ.

But if everybody uses the same automated rules on the same indices with the same market maker then the one who wins most will be the one who always trades first (and we can guess who that would be).
