Wonder if Surges is still waiting for May to re-enter. The tech setup is nice after recovering from the fibbonacci retracement and settling right in the 3.5-4c zone. Perfection would be a launch from here with a minimum target the same size as the last rally ie 1.5c to 4.5c and now 3.5/4c to 6.5/7c area.
