    They have had many discussion with others on numerous times in the pass with no success so i guess they are willing to do it alone now.
    I guess you think the others will not support the building of the rail and port.
    Maybe PDY might be able to sell some of the 36% to finish the exploration target,who knows what they have up their sleeves but we will find out in time.
