the $5mill I think we learned will not go into revenue... it will go on the balance sheet as an IP cookie to be eaten. Lord knows how you eat a cookie that goes forever... they could eat the $5 mill bit by bit (say $500k into revenue for the next 10 q's... who knows)

if services have been $10 mill a year, we can jot down $2.5 mill for this q

So now we are having 300k product and 2.5 mill is 2.8 mill... and big increase over $1.7 mill last q
PLUS the balance sheet looking pretty

I guess that will get us down to 5 cents.
