Well for a start, there are no current operations. You would also hope that the revamped management would be more above-board and release information as it comes, not three at a time.

Not to mention that this settlement was not as good as it could have been. On the plus, it lets them finally move forward, but either I have missed something or they seem to have been shafted in the process. For something that was supposedly rightfully theirs, take a look at how many concessions were made in that settlement! Also, the question still remains to be seen if they can even fund and make the operation profitable in the current climate.
