Eh? Guess its all over then.. how does not having a decision that is going to be made yet be it good or bad mean its all over?

The decisions will come out when they have been made.

I just got back from a trip home to Westport, I was shocked by the number of mine vehicles that were in the town every second car had a LV number on the side and what not. And with SE on shaky ground and the Holcim Cement plant at the cape looking to shut in the very near future ( i've been told 12-18 months) I really cant see how the govt or courts will let the greens win in this case. Theres far too much riding on this mine and this is an opinion that is held by pretty much every person I talked with about the mine.

Wait and see, don't make dumb remarks, perhaps if the ruling goes against BTU then you can say something like "guess its all over then".
