Its encouraging that the original spp will certainly go through. Used to have one which re-scheduled their cap raising to a 30% lower price! Though at very low price, it gives a chance to pick up some cheap chips. Personally I have topped up at 1.4/1.5c and have sent the money for more than my entitlement. I reckon there will be a short fall. But under subscription isn't always a bad thing. It indicates the most are fearful, should the brave ones be greedy meanwhile? Whether its a take over, jv or self development in the future, I believe we are over sold now. If the new director could sell this well located and demanded asset to major investors like selling a property, we could have picked up a discarded golden egg. Anything can happen. Good luck, mates.
