you are not alone. In the last month I have shed almost $6k, and like you, am just a mug punter.
I also looked for a bounce on pve, but lost a small amount plus brokerage. Like you, I also lost money on ICN, and others.
At the moment I am concentrating on two stocks, and plan not to trade much if at all over the coming year. I suspect there are MANY on hotcopper who are hurting as well.
My take is, there are worse things in life, even if these losses involve pain.
