The current run up is just pricing in the guidance and dividends.
I know you've 'moved on' from thinking there is a bright long term future for SKT and the turnaround strategy, and think the directors and management are losers, but it seems the market disagrees with you and continues the SP re-rate in accordance with guidance and anticipation of a substantial payout.
You'll have your chance to exit soon, at a decent capital profit along with the dividend, can't argue with that, it's been a long time coming.
