The market is forward looking, as they say, so recent excellent results and guidance; suggesting advanced discussions with World Rugby; revenue mix changing and profitable; distribution excess cash to shareholders; amongst other positive metrics. The current run up is just pricing in the guidance and dividends.

Of everything you just said the only thing that is new is the announcement that they are working on a deal with world rugby.
