"Material arrangement" seems like an unlikely choice of words for a regular contract, like a hospital (or even a network of hospitals) coming on line. And you would hardly need a capital raise to set up scanning for a hospital or two. Being SaaS, the setup costs would likely be in the thousands rather than millions.
VA on the other hand, would need a lot of capital to set up. And would be quite a material arrangement. Shame they can't speak in plain English. I'd have preferred humongous in place of material.
