    when a capital raise is done it's usually at a discount to the last 15 days of volume weighted average price

    so pumping up the stock increases the price so the cap raise is done at a higher price

    typically happens just before a raise

    you would be better off being negative and wait for a raise at a bigger discount . by just pumping it up on this forum you are actually doing your self a dis service
