My guess is that a CR has less than a 20% chance of happening. Bearing in mind that any t/o, partnerships etc. can take over 6 months to finalise, we should have some meaningful data in a years time to encourage BPs interest. raising say late 23, early 24 would probably exclude any near term chance of a transaction fuelling some retail unrest. The last thing we need is the bod start acting like IMU and talking the talk all the time but nothing ever appears to materialise (transaction wise)
