Would agree with seamfiend that it is probably Petro/LNG (i think that was his pick). After all they have made an offer. In the absence of anyone else, why increase the bid.
BUt why would they ask for a further three weeks after making everyone wait 6 months? Why would they also request Westside to go out and look for a higher bid when that was not agreed to back at the start of the year. I just don't understand that part. Would appreciate an opinion on that.
