FMG are going to the WA Supreme to keep BCK off the rail with the lower price the government told FMG they could charge. Surely it all hangs on this. Only other option is mine gate sales i.e. same as what BCI did.
Aurizon shareholders have said they don't want to go ahead with rail in the Pilbara and they are cutting/moving jobs in Queensland so this option is a few years away at best.
