Gosh I love these guessing games frack, I'm going to say under 10c offer, with so many poorly strung together entities, none of which we can locate anything about of the interweb, wrapped up in a overly complicated proposal which will never see the light of day. Perhaps with the only clarity in the form of our gracious and hard working board reaping positions in the new entity.

From recollection the voting proposal book from FMS & MMK last time smelt real purdy, and gave me weird headaches.
