Guess the RAC220 patent lodgement date

As requested by JDP, this is a competition to guess the RAC220 patent lodgement date.

The date will be as late as possible, so as to maximise patent life.
But the patent has to be lodged before trial efficacy results can be announced. The trial is open label.
The patent will claim CPACS.
The CPACS effect won't be observed until a therapeutic dose has been reached in the dose escalation.
When this has happened, RAC will want to make an announcement to holders and to the media.
So I think the patent lodgement date will be early in the dose escalation trial, but not right at the start.
We've bern told that the first patient will be dosed late this year, and that most patients will be dosed in 2025.

So my guess for patent lodgement is 1 April 2025.
The fools will be the ones not holding RAC shares.
