It's either Positive Covid Ards results from DMSB and they are deciding how to proceed with Novartis and FDA input? Only question mark I have on this is NIH is paying for the trial so if DMSB suggests stopping for overwhelming efficacy will NIH say yet no more expense on our part its good to go FDA? So MSB and Novartis pick up tab if they want to proceed to end of trial?
Or it's an unsolicited takeover interest lodged with the board, fits with headerline of announcement.
