OK. This is my belief.
This TH came in when we started trading and not before. I believe a lot of our (MSB and MESO) business happens in NYC. So going on time zones, I believe it was about 7pm New York time when the TH started.
So, I think why at 7pm NY time was because discussions were happening and some news hit at around 5pm NY time or earlier on in the day anyway. So it is possibly FDA related and news is big going on this speculative analysis.
What is it about? 'Corporate update' couldn't be more vague if it tried to be. It is big either way and the news was not expected or planned and certainly happened between 4pm - 7pm NY time either way. This is what I am 80% sure about.
