To compare GME with HGO the 72m shorted when the worm turned in early 2021 was less than the daily traded volume of 77m on the 9th of October 2020.

HGO average traded volume of the last 17 days was 2.8m with a high on 3/07 of 8.6m so the 7.1m shorted is a decent amount in comparison.


GME's market cap went from $1.07b to $18.7b in 29 days that's an eye watering 17.5x.


Can HGO go from 6.2c to $1.08 ? If they find a mother lode in the deeps just 400m from the decline and the copper price jumps it could fly past on the way to Heaven which leads me into HIO post.
