I can only speculate.
This forum has speculated quite a bit as to why - like A LOT - LOL
One hardly ever never knows if it is strategic, greed or stupidity - especially at the time that it is done.
I think we just have to take solace that
1. Shareholders want it to go up.
2. Management and Directors NOW want it to go up.
3. We have a stronger Balance Sheet (even though you and I think it could have bbeen stron ger if the price was $0.61) so we can negotiate supplier terms better.
4. Big Instos will like us now.
5. Analysts will like that our Balance Sheet is stronger.
6. If you hold, this will most likely be you best stock you ever had.
It is just going to be a goal kicking announcement fest in the coming months and year.
