Maybe you can't really critisise the guy for selling, maybe he needs the money to exercise his share or margin call etc, and there is not much you can do about it either, however, you would think that as a director, he would know that he has a duty to be seen as having faith in the comapny and selling such a large number of shares twice now (regardless of the real reason) is hardly a buy recommendation for the comapny which you are a director of !

I am am quite sure that CVN would be monitoring sites such as HOTCOPPER for market comments, hence this post.
