going by his track record, he'll exercise and then sell, further adding to our dilution for his personal gain.
surely that would be considered trading and he isnt allowed to do that. is he?
we as shareholders issue him options so that his interests are aligned with ours in increasing shareholder value.
if all he does is exercise and sell, well thats not aligned with our interests. at least definitely not with my interest!!
