Alto Metals today announced their intention to raise $5.1M to undertake a drilling campaign around their existing Lord Nelson pit and additional targets.
At the same time, they recommended shareholders reject the takeover offer that was put forward by Habrok.
Buried in the Alto investor presentation is a single line that holders of MDI should take note of: 'surrounded by multi-million ounce mines and operating mills'.
Some of those mines belong to MDI. The only operating mill within a 150KM radius is owned by MDI.
IMO, Alto, who have already identified 331K ounces of gold, have signaled that they intend to increase their mineral resources, and commence production.
Again, IMO, Alto are getting on board with Rick's strategy, and will have their ore toll treated by MDI.
