That’s it mate, we could definitely be a takeover target.
Fortunately ownership is pretty tight, which would make it difficult, but it would be a distraction for the management team.
My hope is that Rick can pump out some positive announcements, followed up quickly by the feasibility study, which would push the SP to around 20 cents. At that point any suitor would need deep pockets.
As shareholders we stand to benefit more if MDI can move to production.
Lets see what happens!
