the LTR and AZS deals are very different . AZS deliberately put in a dual takeover so the when the $3.52 scheme of arrangement falls through the $3.50 off market takeover kicks in . holders will get $3.50 just that SQM might end up with Gina as a JV.
Azs valuation is great news for wildcat. you have to make some assumptions but do the math of what wildcat is worth to potential takeover . some people put it north of $1
