The reason he didn't pick them up 6 months ago,to state the obvious,is that some-one else did.
Now he has picked shares up a whole lot cheaper.Therefore with a whole lot less risk.
If you are correct,then Bouris would have to be not only unethical but stupid.
I don't believe either,and it is unfair of you to speculate in such a manner.
