I dont think I am mistaken, you are mistaken. PYM TB project is 50,000 acres. PYM TB CHALK project is 24000 acres (9600 net to PYM), 15000 of the 24000 acres if farmed out to Nelson as operator, the remainder of the 24000 acreas is 52% PYM

You are confused between the Turner Bayou project and the Turner Bayou chalk project.
