I will try and answer (but I am not a corporate accountant)
As the impairment is added to EBIT, we pay tax on it (just like we got a tax credit when we wiped it off), so it will reduce the tax credits we have. It will also reduce the negative profits carried forward on the bal sheet (thus strengthing it a litte)
I would be surprised if OZL make public any discussions with POSCO and L S Nikko. They would want to keep them very quiet till any deal is signed. I am expecting no news at all on SFR.
I notice you did not give a guess on the EBITDA. Go on.
