well just got my call, they did not know that the deal had just been canned. they lyc did not even have the couresty to let their own share registry people know what was going on.
I said go to asx and see the news.
Apparently he was of the understanding that the new date was going to be somewheres in June for the egm.
But now it is all MOOT!
We got the news re: final reg approvs for mt weld to go into production.
So we are pretty darn happy.
Now we need to get rid of Board and make board pay 600,000.00 to forge (aka NC Inc.) hehe :o)
