    I think the $900k they invoiced BARDA in Dec will show as revenue.

    That is why I was interested in the cash flow as well.

    To be honest, they can make PROFIT from the BARDA money. They can invoice the $10 mill over time, but only spend $5 mill providing the service, with a 50% margin. Cash flow will expose profit or nonprofit.
