re: comments on capex For a start the delivery of the first 100000 transponders should see a sizeable interim payment payable to QTK which some have estimated as being as high as $15 million AU. The company expect to build the network out of cashflow!
If they needed a commercial loan im sure the banks would be falling over each other to get the business once the first couple of payments been received by qtk.
