1. As each day passes, no news is good news, re PEP; early May the buyout is set in motion

2. If there is a special divvie, a big share holder needs to have held the shares 45 days, to get franking (if franking over $5k, if I remember correct); if the dividend comes in late May (who knows when exactly) the shares should be in the hands of real holders 'from about now'

3. POG well over $2700; Zenith main industry is flourishing; I suspect the gold miners are using maximum power; that shows with a crazy good BOO result the first half of fin year; this last half will be even better

4. Plutonic contract extension and MW upgrade

5. DCN talking positive re recap (by end April they say)

6. GCY making money every month

7. The stock markets are not imploding; even clawing back a lot of crash losses

8. Some positive inside info (I know not allowed, and Zenith have never been a leaky boat re info); could be the PEP intentions to complete are now common office chat and everybody knows (I dont ) ; could be another buyer in the offing (all the above noted points give evidence that the $1.01 plus 'some' franking is a bit light)
