Yes, I noticed Iluka's presentation mentioned NdPrDyTb several times, but when I read the Iluka resource statement there was no DyTb, just NdPr. From memory the statement was for Eneabba and Wimmera. So third party must be required for DyTb. That makes NTU a candidate. Sp is doing ok, but not shooting out the lights out, suggesting no one is desperate because we're not a dead cert yet.
