dollars i agree with most of what you say however conoco and petro china would hardly be sitting on the sidelines with respect to decisions on drilling schedules etc. could be all manner of issues going on in the background regarding drill schedules. could even be something like when conoco's specialist personnel are available.
i share all your other frustrations.
